How can I get help???

All I want to do is register a new credit card as my old one was compromised and now I cannot top up my account. Tried on your website, but no luck. On hold with the helpline for hours over two days.

Totally finished with Chtr, No customer service at all. Bought a new phone for my wife and signed up with Freedom Mobile, outstanding support I've gone from $29 per month to$5.60 !!! Should have made the move years ago.

The phone we have with Chtr is for my 82-year-old wife for emergencies, she may use it once or twice per month for non-emergency calls. After a week of trying to get support from Chtr (the website dropped out, I was on hold for hours, and then disconnected. I decided to move over to Fido for less money. I looked it up and we have averaged $16 per call over the past 6 years. and have paid Chtr $2,088 during that time, not good value.

I have established that only Chtr can resolve my billing issue. I simply want to register my new credit card as my previous one was used fraudulently.Righ5t now my account has been closed by Chtr.



Hi again John. I just saw your review of Chatr and assume this question is about them. I tried visiting their website and there seems to be some sort of problem at the moment. Try visiting their website again and click My Chatr.


Hi John. Which carrier are you with? Most carriers, if not all, have an accounts page where you can setup your payment method. Visit their website or download their app to access it.
