I have owned 4 flip-phones in the past and found ALL of them useless for crisis situations, which were the only times I really needed them. This makes me wary of any phone that was not designed with seniors in mind. I will not give any phone loving daily attention as if training a pet! Its use must be intuitive for someone who grew up with land-lines, and found even those time-consuming and interruptive.
